Self-build opportunity at Shenley Church End
SUBJECT TO CONTRACT AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE
MKDP is marketing a self-build plot (Plot 1) by informal tender at Aldwycks Close, Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes. Plot 1 is 600 sq m or 0.15 acres and the red line plan showing the boundary of the site is in the information pack. Disposal of this plot will be to a self-builder for a single dwelling.
The information pack is HERE. The pack includes information from Land Registry, the Draft Contract, the Pre-application (Planning) Report, Parameters Plan, the Ecological Report and details of services and utilities.
After the closing date, we shall analyse each bid and the site will be offered to the person submitting the highest financial offer provided that:
a) Proof of funding is provided for the purchase of the site
b) Confirmation of the compliance to the restricted basis of the disposal as set out in Clause 29 of the proposed contract i.e. that you agree that you intend to construct or procure the construction of the new home on the property and occupy the property as your primary residence for a minimum period of two years.
The closing date for bids is 2.00pm on Wednesday 8th March 2017.
