Aiming high with £12m landmark office development
Tower cranes will be back on MK’s horizon, after an absence of over 8 years, when work starts on site for construction of a brand new Class A office development on Avebury Boulevard. This exciting development is the result of extensive consultation, marketing and negotiation led by Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) which will result in a 40,000 sq. ft., five storey office block called Victoria House.
Half of this striking new property has already been let (to Grant Thornton, securing a solid future in Milton Keynes for one of the world’s largest networks of professional independent accounting and consulting services.
MKDP chief executive Charles Macdonald says: “It has been a long process to get to where we are today but as result of the hard work of the team and the positive attitude of the developer, Frontier Estates, the council’s planning department and Grant Thornton we will be seeing work start on site very soon.”
